How can I get a library card?
​
You must live, work, or study in Rogers County, Catoosa, or Tulsa zip codes 74108 or 74116 to qualify for a free library card. Those who live or work outside of our service area can obtain a library card by paying a $20 annual fee.
​
To get a library card, patrons will need to have a photo I.D. and another form of identification that includes their name and current address (piece of mail, fishing/hunting license, voter I.D. card, etc.).

How do I reserve the Community Center?
​
City Hall handles all reservations and inquiries about use of the Community Center. You can contact them at (918) 266-2505 for more information. At the menu, choose 0 for the receptionist.
How many books and movies can I check out at one time?
​
Each card can have five items checked out at one time. In addition, only four movies can be checked out by one household at one time.

Where can I find a list of this month’s new materials?
​
Visit our online catalog. On the homepage under the “What’s Hot” section, select the “What’s New” tab. You can then specify what type of materials you are searching for (books, DVDs, blu-ray discs, etc.) and when they were added to the collection (up to two months ago). You will also be able to log into the catalog and place reservations on those items.

How can I reserve materials?
​
Log into your account on our online catalog using your library card number and your phone number as your password. You can also call the library at (918) 266-1684 to reserve materials.
When is the library open?
​
The library’s normal hours of operation are:
Monday 1 pm - 5 pm
Tuesday - Thursday 9 am - 7 pm
Friday 9 am - 3 pm
Saturday 10 am - 2 pm

The library is closed for city holidays and also closed Saturday if those holidays fall on a Monday or Friday.

Are there fines for returning items late?
​
Yes, there is a 5 cents per day fee for books returned after the due date, and the fine for movies is 50 cents per item. To avoid these fines, items can be placed in the book drop located on the front of the building right next to the front door. The book drop is open 24/7 for returns.
Items can also be renewed for one additional checkout period, as long as they are not on hold for another patron. You can renew items by logging into your account at our catalog or by calling the library at 918-266-1684 during our operating hours.
Does the library have books available in Spanish?

Yes, we have a small selection of books in Spanish. There are books for children, teens, and adults. There is also a small collection of e-books and audiobooks in Spanish available on the Libby app. You can find them by clicking here.

Does the library have ebooks?

Yes. The library has an online collection that includes e-books, digital audiobooks, and digital magazines that can be accessed through the OK Virtual Library or by downloading the Libby app for your device.

When is the splash pad open?
​
The splash pad at Curtis Conley Park opens during the warmer months of the year and is in operation from 8am-8pm. If the water isn't flowing when you arrive, there is a button to push to start the water flowing. There is also a playground that is open year-round and a pavilion with picnic tables. You can contact City Hall at 918-266-2505 with any questions.
Can I vote at the Community Center?

The Community Center serves as a polling place for many Catoosa citizens on election day from 7am-7pm. Early voting does not take place at the Community Center. To find your polling place you can use the OK Voter Portal or contact the Rogers County Election Board at 918-341-2965.

Does the library have a notary on staff?
​
The library offers free notary services. These services are generally available on week days before 4:30pm. You can call us at 918-266-1684 to verify that a notary will be available when you plan to visit.
​
The person whose signature is being notarized will need to be present and will need to have a valid photo ID.
How much does printing/copies/fax/scanning cost at the library?
​
Black and white copies and prints cost $0.10 cents per printed side. Color copies and prints cost $0.50 cents per printed side. Faxes cost $0.50 cents per page to send or receive. Scanning is available at no cost. We can scan and email or scan to a flash drive. We can only accept cash for payment of copies and library fines.

Does the library loan out wifi hotspots?

Yes! Library cardholders can borrow a hotspot with unlimited data for 7 days.
