Get a Library Card

Getting a Catoosa Public Library Card is easy!

​

  • You can get a free library card if:

    • You live in the city of Catoosa OR Rogers county OR zip code 74015, 74108, or 74116

    • You attend school in Catoosa OR Rogers County  OR the Catoosa Public School District

    • You work in the city of Catoosa

  • When you come to the library to apply for your card, you will need to bring with you:

    • A current photo ID

    • Proof of residency.  This can be a utility bill, piece of mail, lease agreement, or another document that contains your name and address.  You cannot use you driver's license for proof of residency.

    • For those using school or work as eligibility, proof of attending school or employment is necessary.
       

  • Children under the age of 18 must bring a parent or guardian with them to sign them up.  The parent/guardian will need to bring the above required documents with them at that time.

  • All library cards will expire after one year, but can be easily renewed by visiting or calling the library to verify that your address and phone number have not changed.

 

  • Non-residents can purchase a library card for $20.00 that will be valid for one year.

​

  • Lost or damaged cards can be replaced for a $1.00 fee.
