Getting a Catoosa Public Library Card is easy!

You can get a free library card if:

You live in the city of Catoosa OR Rogers county OR zip code 74015, 74108, or 74116
-
You attend school in Catoosa OR Rogers County OR the Catoosa Public School District

You work in the city of Catoosa

When you come to the library to apply for your card, you will need to bring with you:

A current photo ID

Proof of residency. This can be a utility bill, piece of mail, lease agreement, or another document that contains your name and address. You cannot use you driver's license for proof of residency.

For those using school or work as eligibility, proof of attending school or employment is necessary.

Children under the age of 18 must bring a parent or guardian with them to sign them up. The parent/guardian will need to bring the above required documents with them at that time.

All library cards will expire after one year, but can be easily renewed by visiting or calling the library to verify that your address and phone number have not changed.

Non-residents can purchase a library card for $20.00 that will be valid for one year.

Lost or damaged cards can be replaced for a $1.00 fee.
