The midterm elections on November 8, 2022 will be happening very soon. Here you will find all the information you need to get registered, find your polling place, see a sample ballot, request and submit an absentee ballot, find information on candidates and issues on the ballot, and get information about early voting.

HOW DO I REGISTER TO VOTE

Voters must register by October 14th in order to be eligible to vote in the November 8th election. You can find more information about registering to vote at https://oklahoma.gov/elections/voter-registration/register-to-vote.html. If you register online, remember that you will still need to print and mail in your completed application. We also have paper applications available at the library.

I CAN'T REMEMBER IF I'M REGISTERED OR I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE

If you want to check to see if you are still registered, find out where your polling place is located, view or change your political affiliation, or change your address (as long as you have stayed within the same county), you can do that by visiting the OK Voter Portal. You will only need your name and birth date to sign. If you have moved outside the county you were previously registered in, changed your name, or want to make any other changes, see the instructions at https://oklahoma.gov/elections/voter-registration/register-to-vote.html.

I NEED TO FIND MY POLLING PLACE

To find your polling place log in to the OK Voter Portal. You will only need your name and birth date to log in. If you need help accessing the voter portal, we are happy to help at the library. Polling places will be open for in-person voting 7am-7pm on election day, November 8th.
