
S.A.I.L. is back!!!
Stay Active and Independent for Life, aka S.A.I.L., is back this spring! FREE and
available to adults, these exercise classes will be starting Mar. 26th until
May 16th, every Wednesday and Friday at 11 am.
Class space may be limited so registration is recommended.
